| By way of introduction, we are the DeHart family. Dale is a private business consultant; Tamma is a full-time mom to Isaac, who will be eight in April. We have exchanged on two other occasions to France and Holland.
Our 3000 sq. ft. ranch-style home is located on private 3 acres in Las Posas Estates with tremendous views of Camarillo and Pleasant Valley. There are three bedrooms (one serves as a play/reading area with a queen size sleeper sofa), 2 ½ baths, office with high-speed Internet access and a large “great room” with pool table, satellite and cable system. Our kitchen is fully equipped with separate formal and informal dining areas. We have a fenced pool, spa and large patio with BBQ for day and evening enjoyment Weekly maid service, pool service and gardener are provided.
We have a 90’s Toyota Land Cruiser Sports Utility Vehicle bicycles and a motor scooter available for use.
From our home you are able to explore California’s Central coast and enjoy Southern California without feeling crowded.
