94 Avocado Place is a “classic” California Ranch style home. It is 20 years old, recently remodeled.
The home revolves around a main living area which includes a Great Room, Kitchen, formal and informal dining areas.
The kitchen is equipped with an island centered gas stove, double stainless refrigerator, warming drawer, walk-in pantry and all of the essentials for cooking. Tamma likes to cook.

Dale appreciates technology, so we have high speed internet connections, a 65”DLP high definition television with surround sound (great for movies). He frequently works from home, so essential printers and facsimile are available.

The Master bedroom is located at the north end of the home. Isaac’s room with a twin bed and the playroom* (with a queen sleeper sofa) are located at the south end of our home.
